Who is this Granny?

Hi everyone,

I am starting a new journey that I always dreamed of and I want to share all the moments with you via this blog. For the ones that wonder who the "granny" is, I will talk about myself a little bit. I am a 26-year-old master's student in Istanbul. Details - later!

The reason why I chose "granny" is that I am a really lazy person when it comes to physical things and lots of the times I feel that I am waa~~ay older than my actual age... Also, because my all friends from the undergrad years were all gone to other universites or cities, I made new "younger" friends in the university. And, they make me feel like a grandma when I am with them! Lastly, when I go abroad, I literally want to see every piece of that city and hate to leave even a tiny piece of point that I did not visit. Therefore, I chose my blog name based on this feeling- you couldn't know where this granny will show up herself as she is in every nook and cranny! ;)

I will be in Seoul from July to October for educational purposes. But, of course I will be not just studying or researching! I have several other plans as a Muslim woman traveller, which you will be also reading and hearing from me. I am a really big fan of k-drama, k-pop, and k-culture since 2012. So, you will read a lot (really a lot!) about Korea in this blog.

I try to write my posts in three languages as possible as I can, Korean, English and Turkish. I am still learning Korean language so hope it will work!

My next posts will be probably about one of these topics; "how to find a cheap flight ticket to Korea" or "how to arrange an internship in Korea".
